Dear Member:

It’s always a pleasure to be in contact with you and be able to share some exciting news about the Club and your Membership.

First things first! Our Cruise Ship program has been a total success. This year we had the privilege to include more cruise ships so that members like you could enjoy hundreds of routes and itineraries around the world. Carnival, Royal Caribbean and MSC are still favorites among our members.

During 2011 nine properties were added to our list of resorts, two of which are located in Brazil, one in Argentina, two in the United States and four in Europe.

We´re very satisfied to share with you that in a recent survey members rated our Holliday Advisors as efficient and the quality of our resorts as really good. We’re striving to include more detailed information about our resorts, which was a well-received suggestion. With this in mind our new redesigned Website will give members all the necessary information to book reservations online.

Since members are satisfied with the frequency of Royal Holiday’s communications, we have included Facebook (facebook.com/RoyalHolidayClub) and Twitter (@RoyalHolidayEn) as a great means to be in touch with updates, news and relevant information about your Membership.

Last but not least, thanks to your feedback, the Club decided NOT to raise the Annual Fee for 2012. The great majority of our members voted for the Club to charge an additional fee only when members travel to one of those resorts with high demand. This will be based on the hotel visited and travel season.

Thank you for the trust you have placed in our Club. We look forward to continue offering you memorable vacations through a Membership that affords you great benefits, the Royal Holiday way.
